About Us

Bowlish Contemporary Gallery runs series of exhibitions throughout the year showing contemporary fine and applied art within the setting of an old Jacobean  / Georgian clothiers house.

Here you can wander at ease through three south facing reception rooms of fine Georgian proportions where contemporary paintings, photography, ceramics, sculpture and metalwork sit comfortably alongside an eclectic mix of antique furniture.

We are also regular exhibitors at the Spring London Affordable Art Fair, the Bristol Affordable Art fair and, for the first time this year, at the Edinburgh Art Fair. 

We hope to see you either in Somerset or at a Fair.  Alternatively browse our virtual gallery online, choosing the art you like in the very place where you will display and enjoy it. And once you fall in love with a piece you can reserve or buy it directly.
